My background is in clinical psychology, including over a decade in the NHS. My approach blends neuroscience, functional medicine, nutrition, mindfulness, and grounded spiritual practice. I have worked with over a thousand women in my career.
I am nearly 50 years old. I look and feel better than I did 10 years ago. live part time in Greece and I feel Im thriving! But before this moment... I have navigated burnout, divorce, reinvention of perimenopause, and the sleepless nights and brain fog that come with it. I know this terrain personally — which is why I can guide you through it with both clinical precision and genuine understanding.

These private sessions are designed for women navigating perimenopause or any midlife changes, who want personalised support physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
It is designed for women aged 35-55 who feel their bodies are changing in ways that feel new or out of control and want to do something about it. Whether you’re experiencing symptoms like brain fog, exhaustion, night sweats, confusion or anxiety, going through identity shifts, or simply feeling something in your life is changing, and you’d like support to go through it with clarity and confidence — this work meets you exactly where you are.
There is nothing wrong with you, you don’t need to be fixed. This is a natural stage of life for every woman. You are not imagining what you are experiencing. Your symptoms are real, and you deserve to have them understood. You deserve to have someone who will have time to listen, who will take your health complaints seriously, and who can answer all your midlife questions in one place, (instead of having to book 5 specialist appointments).
You don’t need any diagnosis to book this mentorship. You don’t need to be in crisis. You just need to know something needs to change, and have a vision of: how you want to feel, and how you want your life to be. My job then will be to come up with a plan together with you, on how to get there and cheer you on while you are implementing it..
No.This mentorship is different.
First I am not a medical doctor so if you need a prescription (e.g. for HRT), you will need to see a medic, but I am a fully trained clinical psychologist, psychotherapist and life coach.
However, as a part of this mentorship you will get a functional medicine & nutrition assessment and based on that I will likely make suggestions for specific blood tests or other evaluations, and I may suggest changes in your diet, supplements or daily routines.This will depend on the goals you will have for our work together.
I deliberately describe my offerings as mentorship because my training and experience spans across many disciplines and also because I don’t want to take the power away from you. I believe you know your body best, you are an expert on your own life, and I’m here to help you reclaim it in case you’ve lost trust in yourself.
My goal is to empower you — and to make sure you never walk into a medical appointment feeling confused, dismissed, or unprepared again. And to help you understand what is actually happening in your body, mind, and spirit so you can thrive through this transition, and enjoy a happy and fulfilling life in older age.
Each session is completely personalised — there is no fixed script or generic protocol. Depending on what you need, we may explore hormonal health, nutrition, supplements, strength training, lifestyle strategies, emotional support, nervous system regulation, spiritual experiences or the deeper identity questions that typically surface during midlife.
The work always adapts to your body, your history, and your goals. Some women come with a list of symptoms. Others arrive with a feeling they cannot yet name. Both are welcome.
Absolutely not. Many women arrive without even realising they are in perimenopause — and leave with far more clarity about what is happening, what tests to request, and what support they deserve. Part of this work is helping you understand what is changing in your body and what your options are.

Yes. Every session is completely confidential and held in a safe, respectful space. Many women share experiences they have never spoken about before — privacy and trust are central to my work. I do not take or hold session notes, you write your own notes, so your privacy is protected at every stage. Meetings take place online, so you can choose where you take the call.

Not knowing what to expect is one of the most common things women tell me before we first speak. So let me make it simple.
There is no clipboard, no clinical assessment, no pressure to have it all figured out. Your first session is a conversation. We start wherever you are — a list of symptoms, a vague sense something has shifted, or a specific issue, e.g. strained relationship. All of it is welcome.
Sessions are 60 minutes, held online via Zoom. You can take the call from wherever feels private. There is nothing to prepare. Your only job is to arrive.
If it did not work before, it is not a reflection of you, nor the previous practitioner. Perimenopause is a specialist area — and most general support simply was not designed with this particular transition in mind. That is not a criticism. It is just a gap in the service.
What my mentorship offers is different because I hold the full picture of you — your physiology, your psychology, and the deeper identity shifts that perimenopause tends to bring up. You do not need to piece it together from five different appointments.

First of all 1 in 30 women before 40 is perimenopausal not knowing about it. But even if you do not have any overt symptoms of perimenopause you may be want to see someone who can hold the whole picture of you in one place.
Also you may just want to understand what is ahead of you as there is no escape form this, if you are a woman you will experience menopause sooner or later. And even if you are in the lucky 15% of women who will never suffer with typical symptoms like hot flashes you amy want to learn how to protect your brain, bones, heart and other muscles for the later years. Your 80 years old self will certainly thank you for it.
Besides that, you may simply be experiencing other hormonal or psychological difficulties that you would like help with. I am first of all a Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist and spiritual life coach. I work with clients aged 18-80 years old, both men and women. PRACTICALITIES
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, held every one, two or three weeks depending on what you need. If you book a 10-session package we will meet more frequently at the beginning. Later our session will be more spread out so that you have time to implement all the agreed strategies and start feeling the benefits of specific tools and interventions.
I offer a 3-session package (current bestseller) and a 10-session package (If you already know you’ll benefit from a longer term support). Packages are available across 3 and 12 month periods, giving you the time and depth to create real, lasting changes.
If you are looking for immediate, high-impact support, I also offer a One-off 90-minute Transformation Session. This is often enough to course-correct your life path and give you clarity on your next steps. You can always return for more sessions later.

Once you book, you will have already filled in forms and questionnaires, so you hopefully will have more clarity on what you are aiming for. That is it. There is nothing to research, nothing to write up, nothing to get right.
You can arrive with a list of symptoms, a single question, or simply a sense that something needs to change. All of it is ok. We’ll find the rest together.
It is a fair question. This is not a fixed programme. It is a personalised, responsive collaboration. If something is not landing, we adjust. The work follows you, not the other way around.
If you want to start small, we can begin with a 3-session package — or a single 90-minute Transformation Session. Many women notice real shifts within just one or two sessions. You do not need to commit to more than feels right.
Life happens — especially for women already managing a great deal. So:
Rescheduling with 48 hours’ notice is never a problem.
Cancellations within 48 hours are charged at the full session rate. That time is held exclusively for you, and out of fairness to other women who need it, late cancellations cannot be absorbed.

No. I work with direct bookings only — there are no intermediaries. This means our work together is entirely between you and me, which is how I believe it should be.
Also, my work spans across several disciplines so the service I offer doesn’t fit boxes insurance companies put practitioners in. You will get way more than from a typical clinical psychology or psychotherapy appointment.
If you need a receipt to submit to your insurer for potential later reimbursement, I am happy to provide one. But bookings must come directly through this page.
