With over 25 years of clinical experience — including 10+ years in the NHS — Dr Kamila brings together clinical psychology, holistic health, and functional medicine. She has worked with over a thousand women in her career.

Her approach integrates evidence-based practice with attention to meaning, identity, and the whole person, while her own experience of perimenopause deepens her understanding of what women face during this transition.
